Well done to Will who recently won a gold medal in the NI Tae Kwon Do Championships held in Banbridge. Will also won a bronze medal in Team Sparring. Great results Will.

Music Exam Success
CONGRATULATIONS to P6 pupils Eve, Benjamin and Thomas who successfully passed their Grade 1 music exams. Eve passed her flute exam and Benjamin and Thomas both passed their violin Grade 1 exam. Thanks to their music tutors Miss McDaniels and Mrs Ashmore and to Miss Riddell for all her support during the year.

Angharad represents NI
This is Angharad (P7) trampolining for Northern Ireland at the UK regional team finals held in the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham over the Bank Holiday weekend on 28th and 29th May.
Congratulations Angharad we are very proud of you. What an achievement!
Singing success!
Congratulations to Niamh (P5) who has received some great news!
Niamh loves singing, both in the School Choir and the Parish Choristers. She recently attended a selection workshop for the Phil Kids, part of the Belfast Philharmonic Choir, and was delighted to be selected to join their Phil Kids Choir. She will start training with the choir in September. Niamh is so excited, she could sing, and sing, and sing!
Well done Niamh and best wishes for the training next term.

Well done to a number of our P4 - P7 pupils.
Greg (P7) without being asked, kindly helped Mrs Maher by carrying the PE equipment she needed for her class.
Toby (P5) held the door open for Mrs Stewart.
Jamie (P6) was very helpful. He helped Mrs McGonigle to tidy away some PE equipment.
Louise (P7) generously offered her tie to be used as a lead when a little dog strayed into our playground one morning!

Term Superstars P1 - P3
Well done to a number of our P1 - P3 children who received prizes for being Superstars this term. Luca, Lucy Matthew and Kyle each did something special that members of staff noticed.
Luca (P2) took time to lift up lunch boxes in the corridor to make sure Mrs Maher didn't trip up.
Lucy (P1) was a super friend in the playground. Mrs McClenahan was so pleased.
Matthew & Kyle (P3) were really helpful. Without being asked, they walked along the corridor and picked up coats and lunch boxes to tidy up. Mrs Ruine was very impressed!
