If you email us from this website we will keep a record of your message for a maximum of three months after the conclusion of correspondence, for reference and audit purposes, after which it will be deleted.
If you post comments on any page of the site, your comments will be sent to one of our moderators to approve. Once approved, your comments will appear publicly on the website for all site visitors to see. They will remain there unless there is a request to delete them.
Parent satisfaction surveys are usually anonymous. If you include your personal details we may retain this information for a maximum of three months after the survey to use for correspondence, reference or audit purposes, after which it will be deleted.
