P6 pupil, Eva and her U11 teammates brought home the silver medal from the Ulster Hockey Finals Cup competition. Her Ards team narrowly missed out on bringing home the gold in their final match against a strong Portadown side. Well done Eva and you've still got next year!
We were delighted to hear about P7 pupils, Emmy and Elsa’s achievement!
They were awarded a gold medal in a gymnastics competition.
As a result they have qualified for the British NDP finals and will represent Northern Ireland in May.

What great news. Nico came 3rd playing her flute at Holywood Music Festival.
Nico previously passed her flute Grade 1 exam with Distinction. This was her first flute performance in front of people!

We were delighted to hear about Shion's piano achievements. Shion who is a P7 pupil, passed his piano Grade 3 exam with distinction.
At Holywood Music Festival he came third in the piano class and won a bronze medal.

P7 pupil, Leah represented Helen’s Bay Golf Club in the Golf Sixes junior event during the summer.
The team she was in were placed second in the League. Well done Leah. Delighted to hear of your success and interest in golf.
We were delighted to hear about Eva’s success . Eva was competing in a competition in Liverpool. It was called ‘The City of Liverpool Gymnastics Open’. Eva came second overall in the highest group for her age, voluntary level 5.
Eva has also competed in other competitions including Gymnastics Ireland in May which she won. She has since been invited to train with the development squad for Gymnastics Ireland.
What achievements Eva. We know she loves gymnastics and all her hard work and effort is certainly paying off! CONGRATULATIONS!
We were delighted to hear that P7 pupil, Finn won Outstanding Boy for his age group at the Ards and North Down Athletics Club Awards evening. The coaches said he had huge potential, works hard and listens to his coaches.
WELL DONE FINN! Keep up this great approach to your training, performing and attititude for P7 and when you move onto Year 8 too!
Well done to P3 pupil Mason. His football team won The Rocky Cup football tournament. Mason had great pleasure in bringing the very large trophy into school to show us. Great work Mason to you and your team!

We were delighted to hear about P7 pupil Megan who recently took part in the Ulster Dance and Fitness Chamionships. She won 5 gold medals for lyrical duo, jazz duo, lyrical group, jazz group and handjive.
