Pancake Day was a very busy time in HPS. The lovely aroma of melted butter and cooking batter to make delicious pancakes floated around the school all day!
The children were totally engaged in helping to prepare, cook and eat them once they had made their all important choice of toppings!
Lots of teaching elements were incorporated, instructional writing, sequencing, weighing, poetry writing to name but a few!
