PSNI help combat congestion at HPS

Following another plea from  Mrs Crookshanks and  concerned  parents about traffic at both entrances of the school, we were really pleased to welcome  PSNI Officers to see for themselves what it's like each day. They came along to deter traffic and also monitor the parking situation outside our school. They also gave the school two road signs to place along the footpath at the church railings. We hope this will prevent some irresponsible motorists from mounting  the footpath.

Mrs Crookshanks is also be assisted by the EA, local MLA & Governor, Gordon Dunne as well as representatives from NI Housing Executive & DRD to try to alleviate HPS traffic at peak times.

Please continue to support our efforts by parking a few minutes walk from the school entrances.
